It remains true to classic Indian recipes with timeless heritage dishes, but now also reflects food trends in today's India.

Food presentation plays an important role, as Jewel in the Crown demonstrates the importance of colour in Indian food with natural yellows, greens, reds and whites, all beautifully plated. Every dish is served creatively by the chefs; paying great attention to appearance ensuring a sophisticated and tantalizing taste.
We recruit chefs directly from different regions of India who create their own specialities. Chefs Manara Rasal and Constantino d'Souza have a wealth of experience having worked in top restaurants in India and all around the world. They have developed signature dishes made from the finest exotic herbs and spices imported from the East.
Among the new speciality dishes we have are Lobster Masala and Special Chicken Jalfrezi.
